It’s important to note that we are a dealer, not a building manufacturer. This offers a huge benefit to our customers, as our focus is entirely on facilitating transactions and offering customer support. This leaves the manufacturer free to put all their resources towards the actual building production and testing. We’re here to help set you up with the metal building that you need.
With this in mind, you can expect high-quality consultation and expert information from us when you are deciding on which structure to go with. We’re here to steer you in the right direction and make sure you make an informed choice. Our goal is to be there for you when you need us.
Quality & Convenience
We are an online-based retailer, meaning that you’ll primarily communicate with us via e-mail or phone. We are in the process of having offices built, so in the future, we can meet face-to-face. Communication is key to us, and we hope you’ll reach out with any question, big or small, in whatever way you feel most comfortable with.
Working Together With Bulldog Steel Structures
Because we focus on the business side of things, the installation and building process is handled by our manufacturer. Currently, we work with different manufacturers to get you the highest quality buildings available. Although they are in charge of installation, we are still a part of the process at this stage and here to help you make this step run as smooth as possible. Due to our close relationship, we can help expedite communication and ensure that information from the manufacturer is provided to you as clearly and quickly as possible. As we said above, we like to let them focus on the buildings themselves!
Our relationship to lead times is similar to installation. We get our lead times from the manufacturers and we can then accurately relay them to you so that you know what to expect going forward with your installation. This means that even if you aren’t ready to purchase at the moment you get your lead time, you can get your order situated as early as possible, which helps make the rest of the process speedy and simple. Once your order is in, we’ll help to keep you up to date on the status of your project and help you mitigate any unexpected occurrences after the order is in place.
Basically, expect us to have your back no matter what you run into, no matter what questions you have. Our goal at Bulldog Steel Structures is to make the purchasing process as simple and easy as it can be, from shopping to installation. I have now had my building in place for 3 months and I want to say that the whole team at Bulldog was very helpful throughout the entire process. My salesperson, Matthew, was extremely responsive. He was very helpful with the design phase, where we went back and forth with 3-4 different designs before settling on the perfect one. He always got back to me right away when I had a question. Although the delivery was delayed, understandable with the pandemic, he helped interface with Carolina Carports when I had delivery questions. So far I have no issues with the completed building. No leaks and all the doors are functioning perfectly. I would highly recommend using Bulldog for all your metal building needs.

I visited their website and used the 3D estimator and was able to see my building with doors, window placements, colors,and overall look. When you add or change any feature, including size, you can immediately see the result and change in price (if any). You can rotate the structure to see the overall look and framework. Once I placed my order, it was quickly and efficiently handled and the cost was lower than the estimate on the website The installers showed up early one morning and by noon the next day they had completed the structure. Everyone that comes by remarks on how nice it looks. I am very pleased with every aspect from ordering to installation.
