Do you offer rent-to-own or financing options?

You may be surprised, but we do offer rent-to-own and financing options. Our rent-to-own option may not require a credit check but will have a maximum retail price depending on your location. On your credit check, financing may be an option for you. We can offer competitive prices and reduced interest rates to ensure we get the right price for you. We can even fill out your application for you!

Does my site have to be leveled?

Yes, your site does have to be level for many reasons. If your site is clear of any debris and is level, delivery, and installation are included in the price.

The site has to be level for your base rails to ensure the integrity of your building is sound. Your installation crew can only begin your build if the site is level. If your site is leveled, they will haveto return with all of the materials, schedule a new installation day, and you will be charged a return trip fee to cover the time and effort of our installation crew.

Do we lay concrete slabs?

No, any site or foundation work would be your responsibility. If you need any kind of ground or concrete work done, you will need to hire someone to do so. All site preparation must be done before the arrival of the installation crew. Ask one of our sales specialists for concrete specifications!

How durable are metal buildings?

Metal buildings are more durable than traditional buildings. They also require less maintenance than most other buildings on the market. Metal buildings can also endure more wear and tear, such as weather and roof damage.

How long does installation take?

Most of the time, installation times can vary based on the size, type, location, and the manufacturer’s lead times. In some instances, buildings can be installed in a day; other times, it may take a few days for the installation to be completed once begun.

How long is my warranty?

Most buildings come with a 20-year rust-through warranty and a one-year workmanship warranty. Check with your building specialists to determine what kind of warranty your building has. Do I need a permit for my building?

Permit requirements vary from county to county. You must contact your local code office to check if you do or do not need a permit. Even if your area requires no permit, we strongly recommend getting your building certified to meet the local code.
