Warranty Information
One-Year Workmanship Warranty
Bulldog Steel Structures wants to guarantee satisfaction in our services and the products we are selling to our customers. Because of this, we work with manufacturers who offer a one-year workmanship warranty in case issues arise due to manufacturing or installation. We understand how important and how much of an investment your structures are. Therefore, we are proud to be able to offer you some peace of mind and protection for your investment.
What Does the Warranty Cover?
Structures ordered through us come with a one-year workmanship warranty and a 20-year panel rust-through warranty on 12-gauge material and a 10-year panel rust-through warranty on 14-gauge material.
Rust-through warranties are in place if your structure ever rusts through to the point of weakness. Although rare, if it does happen, the manufacturer will replace the failed parts once reported to them. Replacement parts are provided at no cost when covered under warranty.
How Do You File a Warranty Claim?
If you do experience an issue, we are always here to help with your warranty options. If you require warranty service or need to file a warranty claim, we ask that you follow this process to begin exercising your rights under your warranty:
-
Take a photo of the structure and send it to us via email.
-
Our experts will review the issue right away.
-
If we determine that the problem you are having is a problem that is covered under the manufacturers warranty, we will submit your repair request to the manufacturer immediately. They will then schedule a time for one of their crews to come make the necessary repairs.
